These so-called Microsoft Tech Companies either want to sell you worthless software, or gain Remote. There were some online reviews that suggested such, yet other reviews praised SoftwareProWorld. these are almost always if not 100 always a scam. But now I was worried that this may all be a scam. I sent a quick “Help” email to the listed Support Desk. However, the online extraction instructions were not precise, and the license key - a separate downloaded file - was lost or never came.
