They didn't arrive until the first week of April. I ordered Merillat cabinets for my kitchen remodel on February 23, 2018.
Last recommendation I have for Merillat is to replace their current Quality Manager immediately. I would not recommend nor will I ever purchase cabinets from Merillat.

Keep in mind I paid for the Elite Series of cabinets and feel like I'm getting anything but. Waited 6 weeks for 2nd replacement components and they still have defects such as surface scratches.etc.
I then spoke with Merillat Sales person to discuss my concerns and ask that the replacement components be subjected to 200% inspection to ensure no quality issues with Merillat's 3rd attempt to rectify these issues. Cabinets delivered with many quality defects such as surface scratches, corners of cabinet doors crushed, screws through face of drawer, wood grain on some cabinets running vertical when it should be horizontal.Ĭontacted Merillat and it took 4 weeks to get replacement components and then these still had same type of defects. Merillat Classic® Deluxe: Our Tandem Plus undermount guide with 75lb load rating and self closing design. Sidemount WhisperGlide drawer guides deliver a smooth opening and are load rated for 75lbs. The solid hardwood front frame is 3/4″ thick Oak, Maple, Cherry or Hickory. (Not available with laminate cabinet styles.)
